Then you still need to include things like flights, shoes, accessories, gym membership, tanning, nails, hair, photos, etc etc.. It all adds up very quickly.. In some cases, if you don't raise enough you may pay half of this amount. Anyway, you don't have to spend a fortune for other stuff, so a max of $2,000. Well, you may spend $20K and find yourself in top 40. Some folks here are trying to exaggerate. It would be nice to hear from real MUC contestants about their expenses.
