i know Jessica having competed with her and still remaining in contact with her and i can absolutely agree that she is VERY intelligent, well travelled and understands pageants and her responsibilities as a role model very well. I wish Canada paid more attention to her because she is a wonderful example of the quality delegates Canada could produce.
