What if I was to hide away
Never making a sound
If silence continued on
Would I never be found

What if I silently disappear
Then I keep out of sight
If I am full of self doubt
How was I able to write

What if I remained invisible
In becoming a nonentity
If I am no longer around
Could you envisage me

What if I faded into nothing
Then toss away the key
If I am never seen again
Will I be in your memory
