He rides in, the traveler. He stops in the street and looks around, eyes open for a drink of water. Traveling is what put him in this state. He is thiner than he should be and his throat is dryer than it ever has been before. He dissmounts expertly then pats his brown mustang and looks around the town some more. His blue jeens are dirty, his red button up shirt is dirty too. He has a hole in his boots, and carries no gun or water. Just a sack full of money, most likely made from gambling since he's been traveling.
