It's a Pulse Induction metal detector that's soon to be released that has a couple features that the present PI's lack. This project involved 3 engineers from 3 different countries and I am not at liberty to give the details, so I suggest you go on Eric Fosters PI Forum and ask this same question as the inventors are there.

The main engineer who I have been in contact with told me not to buy another detector as the Pulse Devil is to released in the next few months.
