Ralph, we basically have the same opinion: whatever works best for us, is what we should use. Personally, I really liked the Gold Mountain metal detectors for their "packaging" (yes, I agree there, Steve) but they, like some other companies, fell by the wayside. I laud the "little guy" who can (or tries to) stand up to the "big guys". I don't know Troy Galloway, but it takes guts (and serious money) to be a "start-up" company these days. I wish him success. To answer Dave's appeal, since the weather is cooling off, I hope to get into the goldfields soon, and will be posting re: my finds. HH Jim
