Just a quick question for you Jim (and I know your a Whites dealer), have you personally had the X5 in your possesion? and done comparisons? or are you just asking around to all the other Whites dealers? I know for a fact that ralph has XMT and X5 head to head, and will be posting some results soon (of which I eagerly await), but, your comment is similar to me saying "hey you guys, you better buy all your gold from me, i have done some looking around, and no one else out there has gold that as good as mine", but in all reality, i know thats not the truth...........Matt Duncan IMO has the best Aussie gold, and the Coogans have some of the best Harvard, and unique specimens...........

Now, if you can post some reasons, why you feel the GMT and the MXT are better than the X5 (other than hearsay), I would be interested to hear them.

I do know for a fact that the X5 is waterproof, and as a dredger, working by the streams this is a pretty good feature for me. Its lightweight @ 2.5 #'s, and for a fat, out of shape, SOB, thats another good feature for me............

I do know that at this time Shadow has no elliptical coils for the X5 and thats a minus for me, i prefer them.........soon enough I suppose.........

Mlgdave
ps..........I am curious as to your reasons, as of yet, I have only put a deposit on the X5, and am NOT adverse to looking at the XMT, so..............lets hear the pitch?
