Subject: Anyone here do any gold refining ?

I've been thinking about getting back into a small-scale refining operation, and would be interested in anyone's experiences along these lines, either acid or electrolytic refining of gold. I've done both in the past, but anyone with any tips or tricks of the trade ? TIA
