Just as a bit of additional information on this element... it is not actually "new." It has been in existence for millenia, but it keeps corrupting itself and mutating into even more dense forms. Those large numbers of humans who support the out-of-control growth of governmentium represent the large, unknowing, unaware, yet vocal even when there is nothing intelligent to say groups usually referred to scientifically as "dumb masses." This group becomes highly agitated on a regular basis - usually every two and four years - with approximately one-half of these morons exterting pressure in one direction while the other portion of the morons pull in the exact opposite direction. Infrequently, but tellingly each time it occurs, a differently charged set of morons will become involved in the differentiation process and the resultant byproduct is even more stullifying.
