There's a slight chance the package may be pulled for inspection when it gets to US customs, although I have sent many dresses to the US and have never had one pulled. If it does get pulled, the buyer will be asked to pay customs duty, no idea how much that would be but I don't think it's much and this is (I think) only if you declare the value as over $1,000.

  • Just shipped a dress to Pennsylvania, buyer preferred DHL, super easy to use. Can estimate how much shipping will be with calculator, just have to know dimensions and weight of package. You can set a day they come pick it up from your preferred address. Arrived in the USA 5 days later! I didn’t have any additional fees, I think it’s opposite when selling outside of Australia.
