Author: It wasn't fair that other sections everyone got to qualify because there weren't a many on some age groups. With national numbers so low at the moment, you need every entry you can get.
Subject: Prior to 1990 dancers had to be top 5 at States to qualify for Nationals. I know I missed out every year by just one place!
