I don't think there is just one dish. I'd have to get back to you on that. Last night I made some kick ass dish that involved a veggie medley, (of broccoli, green peppers, red peppers, red onions, celery, zuccinni), chicken breast, olive oil, havarti cheese & southwestern spices. I need to write it out as a recipe and I'll email it to you. :) But yeah, that's one that comes to mind at most since I just made it last night, but with full time school and two jobs, it's VERY hard to just cook fully from scratch all the time. So I do it when I can, as much as I can. I also realized that cooking is a huge stress reliever in my life, as I am still healing from PTSD from my past deployments (long story I can share with you on a personal note, Judy).

Not really focusing on a relationship at the moment for a long hall. Still healing from the last, I guess you can say, so school has been a very good distraction. As for Spring Break this year, I finally took a one week vacation (road trip) to the Mountains in North Carolina to visit a friend, as most of my other friends went someplace "beachy". Lol. The road trip was more of a spirtual cleanse type trip and I got to take my two Min Pins (Rocky is 8, Bear is 4) with me. I already want another trip somewhere. I wish Spring Break was two weeks instead of just one, but you got to embrace what you get. Other than that, I'm doing fairly well. Debating about buying a house right now, but it is what it is in life. Just learn to take it one day at a time. Love all my old friends here!!

So glad you are home safe and sound. I always thought you would succeed in anything you tried. Cooking is a great thing. Wish I were close enough to you to taste some of it. I commend you for sticking to your dream and going after it. Yes, Joe is fantastic on TSC. I hate it will be coming to an end in about 5 weeks. I would love to see him do something else as a regular on a series. He has such charisma onscreen (and off). We will see. Anyway, nice to have you back on the message board.
