As I hear more about the passwords not being issued, or people not knowing how to use them ... as I hear more about how folks have been left hanging ... when I hear the same complaints about the telephone system ... I know there's a real problem in coordination going on over there. Not only do they need a decent webmaster, but they need an overall office coordinator who can actually get things done -- and patient reps who are actually there for the patients, dare I hope for such a thing?? *sigh*

Sorry. It's a grumbly sort of day. The CCBS board is a disappointment, and the other board looks like a cult of personality that I expect to implode at any time. There was a greater maturity, a willingness to be more responsible for oneself, on the old CCBS board -- and along with the self-responsibility, there was a sense that we were all in it together, and helping each other as best we could. I miss that a lot.
