Thanks, Penny.

The reason I originally downloaded your software was to fix a problem I had with the burner dsoftware that came bundled with the DVD.

It's called VOB Instant CD/DVD. If I drag 3 disk volumes over the network to my PC and then burn them to DVD, it all seems to work, except the writer 'hangs' at the very last bit of the verification process.

When I try to read the folders on the DVD, some of them are OK, some of them only have a couple of files in them (there should be hundreds) and some are reported as being corrupt.

Another problem I have is that I record some AVIs to DVD from my local disk. All of them read OK from the DVD, except for one, which 'hangs' Media Player, yet it plays OK from the disk. Trying to copy it from the DVD back to the hard disk using Explorer causes Explorer to 'hang' as well.

All of this is very strange, because it worked fine a couple of months ago.

I'm not asking you to suggest reaons, but am hoping that your software works better than this. If it does, we will have no hesitaion in registering it.

Do you have any sort of idea of timescale when the fix will be available?

Kind regards,
Vince Leatt
