Looks like the legal stuff between Jack Eric and the "Bardahl Bunch" may be coming to a head this month finally!!!!
If were real lucky up here, and there is any real justice left, Heilscher's last hurrah in the panhandle court system will be over. His last ditch effort (appeal) to avoid the inevitable will finally be done! Then we can all line up and wave goodbye to the "Bardahl Bunch" forever!!!
The only problwm I see with that, is now all he will have to do with himself, is concentrate on seeing how many people he can "buffalo" into believeing that his plans are good for Texas Raceway. I'm not sure that is working to well for him, as is seems like a lot of the Killer Bees are already catching on too, and it looks like they are all heading up north to Denton.
Like I have said before, couldn't happen to a nicer "blankity--blank" <<<---you fill in the blank...
