The High Tower is a restricted area and any violations will be dealt with swiftly and severely. We have services to identify magical items and resources for histories of said items as well. Our college includes all of the wizardly schools and are broken down as such, for greater study and indulgence of said areas. Studying under our Masters of Arcane Art is possible but only through enrollment of our college." He continues babbling on about this rule and that. You see a great deal of history and wealth gathered here... paintings, books, scrolls, a few items of magic, and many folk who are dressed the part of would-be wizards. A smirk crosses your face as you think of these embryonic wielders of Art facing down a Hobgoblin warband or worst, a Dragon! "And finally, Mr. Lazar, we have here the study. Inside is our scribe, Jorran, who will be happy to assist you with obtaining you wanted spells. We charge a flat fee for the scribing of 10 gold per page, plus 100 gold per level. We also require a fee of 20 gold per spell level for named spells as this goes to royalty costs and building up of the mage guild." A thin but health looking young man looks to you from around a bookcase, his green eyes seem to hold vast amounts of knowledge for a man of is years. "Please enter. I am called Jorran. What spells or Arcane will you be needing assistance with today?" You feel a breeze tug at your robe and look to the place where the other mage was. He is gone. "He has a habit of that. Comes and leaves them at my library, then disappears using that amulet of his. I sometimes wonder if he really is gone." Jorran looks about as if able to see something clearly not there, then back to you. "Please, won't you come in. I hope for you I can be of service. It is quite a list of spells you wish to have scribed. You will need to make payment for each spell in advance. I, unlike many others here, also accept other spells I do not currently have in exchange for a spell desired. How will you be paying today, sir?" The young blonde man waits with a polite smile on his face.
