Pakistan is known world round for being a pro-terrorist, war encouraging country, with no culture and backward theories. As every Pakistani knows, that this is not the case. We have a powerful culture and beautiful ideas and the world has to know this, if that were through a Miss Pakistan then let that be.

My only objection to the Miss Pakistan’s taking part is the lack of clothing they will be wearing. Pictures of Neelam Noorani wearing transparent materials and sleeveless tops was not the way to go. She should have done it with dignity and fully clothed herself.

Miss Pakistan could do a lot for the country and everyone knows we could be put into a new light. Pakistani’s don’t really object to anything but the fact that a Pakistani girl will represent our country, as the men are being allowed to go forward in such contests. It’s all about male pride and keeping women indoors and this religious object is used to keep the women back. If it was about religion why is Pakistan allowing Pakistani women in movies and on catwalks half dressed in their own country? I’m sure iv made my point.
