Mission: Fighter Sweep
Intercept

Other Points: Training (Formation Flying/Orientation)

Outcome: Outstanding

Details:
Good flights gentlemen. Everything went better than planned. The fighter sweep was pretty routine with some good close formation flying. Shadow... need to learn to handle your throttles a bit better. You were doing great until you got distracted. Never get distracted expecially when you are in close formation. Mid Air Collitions are Enabled and happen. The Intercept went pretty good. We shot down 2 out of 4, none reached target. Great job. CO delt with some bad lag but we overcame it and still prevailed. Its a great day in 142nd FS history. Great first Sortie!

Things To Work On:
Shadow: Work on throttle control, and attention to details. Dont get distracted by things that you should not even control. You know what happend. It was my job to fix that, not yours. Let me handle things from now on. Thats why I am the XO.

Zak: Nothing. Lag sucks and we all get it now ans then. Nothing could be done about it. Better luck next time.... or 2 lines next time! :>

Summary: Great Job for the first missions ever flown. Everything went better than planned. I am fully impressed.
