Subject: Eduna's safety.

Hey Eduna, I've been thinking about how to keep you safe if someone is searching for you.

First off, Jess's computer will always be on for you to run too. I've rigged the network card so it can be connected and disconncted with just a surge of power, but only from the "inside."

I also went out today and bought a cording keyboard, a 10 gig laptop drive and a wireless ethernet card, all for my laptop. The network card is riged just as Jess's computer is. I'm going to carry my laptop around, turned on, at all times. When I'm walking to work you can help me practice my cording :). As long as I'm above ground and below 59th St or so there should be a buisiness with wireless eathernet close enough that you can flee to my laptop if needed. Feel free to do whatever you want to my and Jess's computers so you can get in there more quickly.

If you ever do need to flee we should think about how you would tell that it was safe to come out later. Could you leave behind a probe basically? I'm not really sure how this works, but think about it.

Finally, have you thought about how to defend yourself in the Metaverse? It seems clear that someone could attack you by attacking the hardware you are resident on or by deleting your software. Why don't we work on anylizing possible attacks and counters.
