hey,
something happened at the last gathering and i need you guys to corroborate my story so as to remain consistant. eduna (hi eduna by the way) gave me a call while i was at the gathering and told me that she'd heard over the police band that someone else had been extermined in manner similar to scarlet's demise. unlike scarlet, this victim was not a criminal. do you recall the duel we witnessed at he first large mage gathering? the victim was the hermetic who won. bizarre. i felt it necessary to pass the information on asap, especially since joe had it within his power to investigate the attack by way of the dead. so, i had to resort to half truths. i'm pretty sure what i told him will stand up to tests of fate since i'm familiar with those. when he asked how i heard i said "a friend of mine heard over the police band." when he asked how, i said "they are four of us joe, even when we aren't all here we're all still involved." if anyone asks you about the info whatever you say that's the foundation story. try not to speak to joe since to answer his questions you'd have to tell detectable lies.

jess, another question. those prime glasses you have, are those a design only used by the etherites or is that design more common? do you know if there are any bio-pharmaceutical experiments going on in new york state or any persons or groups who do research in that field? there may have been a murder, i didn't have time to investigate, and someone fitting that description would be suspect number one.
