I will be going to represent you and me, active rural carriers. I am very outspoken and would appreciate the opportunity to participate in the business of our union on your behalf while I am there protecting my interests. I need your vote to make it countPlease vote for me as a national delegate. Lets let active carriers decide what is best for active carriers. I have been a regular carrier for three years now. I also served as an rca for nine years in various offices. I have belonged to the association for as many years. I have numerous ideas that I believe would be beneficial to the rural craft in general. I am very interested in the rural PAC organization. I also would like to see an increased presence for our national web site. I feel that information is power and the faster that we get it the better. I would also like to see a retirees corner on the national site. What about the possibility of a somewhat interactive rural magazine? I realize that cost limitations are present, but, any little idea would be a leap foreward. There are many avenues that we could feasibly explore and possibly come up with something great. Dont you agree? I also think that membership recrutiment is essential for our group. I would like to see a committee of like minded persons get together and brainstorm the possibilities concerning recruitment. I am also open to the idea of one man one vote for national officers. We could still elect and send delegates to national. I just feel that the act of allowing rural carriers the trustworthy position of electors (both nationals and delegates) would be more inclusive and attract more interaction. Hello Folks, my name is Karen Aldrich and I'm asking for you to consider me as your State and National delegate. I have the integrity it takes to represent you. I am a born again Christian who loves the Lord very much. As believers we are to be the salt and light in a dark world. Matthew 5:13-16. I want to be the salt and light. I feel like its time for a change. The changes that have been made aren't working.

Here is a little about myself. I was a sub for 11 and a half years, for the last 5 years I've been a regular carrier. I've been active in the union. I stand up for all, not just one. I think its wrong for people to unfairly use their power for personal gain. I believe this is happening. There needs to be positive change in our UNION, and we need to fight for the right things. It seems like when we gain something, it's lost in the next contract.

If the United States Postal Service is in dire need of money, it's their job to cut spending, including the bonuses. Pay cuts should be across the board. The Rural craft across America shouldn't have to keep the Postal Service afloat. We are the only craft under budget. Instead of learning from our craft, they cut our pay. The Postal Service should address the other crafts that were over budget. I don't understand why our Union doesn't do anything about this. During the recent mail count our mail volume was off. We have proof that mail was delayed during that count. Go to the general public and ask them. They will tell you, they did received late mail, and some had to pay late charges.

We as Christians should take a stand, and show the world, that our Lord will supply all our needs. We serve an awesome God. Let's take a stand.

hi, my name is carol peters and i would like to represent the alabama delegation at the state and national conventions. i feel that my background would be an asset to the union. 1.) rural carrier for 4+years 2.) rca for 6 years 3.) steward for 3 years 4.) postmaster relief( yes i was on the other side too. ) 13 years 5.) helped organize and host the huntsville convention with no money,no help but, alot of hassle from the union. 6.) state delegate for 6 years. 7.) have introduced amendments to the convention for a set bedget for the yearly conventio ( so there would be some accountability) and to appoint an assistant female state steward for women carriers so women would have the option of talking to a woman if they feel more secure with a woman steward. I firmly believe in 1 man (woman) 1 vote. if you vote as a block is this truly indicative of the memberships views? i would like to help change our union but must be elected to do so if you have any questions p;ease feel free to email me thanks and get put the vote.carol
