My thanks to the reunion committee! I was very impressed with the wonderful organizational skills of those who made the events unfold seamlessly throughout the days I was able to attend. People like Gail, Genie, Sharon and Janet worked tirelessly throughout the reunion events and deserve our thanks! Mark Christensen hosted a terrific tour of CHS and we were amazed at the changes in our old school. It was a nostalgic time and I enjoyed renewing old friendships and creating new ones. The auction was outstanding entertainment thanks to the comic stylings of Ted Vance and the sartorial antics of Paul Degaeta, those guys could do stand up! It was a great pleasure to talk with Peggy Keen, Wendy Schmidt, Terry and Linda Hall, Wayne Salade, Bill Thomann and Doug McPherson. Our class has an enormous range of personalities and we have matured and developed into amazing adults.

I was fortunate to have two healthy parents to host my visit and a dear friend-for-life, Jenny Ash Mulligan, staying with me for the weekend. Libby and her wonderful family were a delight and I was able to re-unite with my old neighbor Gary Reardon '73 and his sister, Diane '77, over the three days I was in Florida. Rick and Wendell made the events sparkle with conversation and good humor. I can't thank Jennifer and Donnette Clark enough for showing Jenny and me such incredible hospitality (Jennifer's boutiques are worth a visit!!) and for making our Saturday dinner out one to remember!!
On Sunday, as I spent the day flying back to Austin, my mind savored the events of the past few days and dwelled on memories that emerged from more than thirty years in the mists of my subconscious. I truly felt this was the most enjoyable reunion yet(I attended 10 and 20 also) and I look forward to the next reunion! I saw a bond between '72 CHS classmates that is truly rare and we who attend from out of state are fortunate to reap the rewards of such unity and devotion to celebration! Thank you one and all.
Wunda
