We were set to go for the hip replacement as of Tuesday morning. Vanderbilt had called and said her heart doctor had ok'd the surgery as here stress test was good and we were to be there at 9:00 a.m. for surgery at 11:00 a.m.

About an hour or so after that her heart doctor called and said they had found an abnormality in her test that had to be checked out before she could be cleared for surgery.

They have scheduled a heart cath. for Friday Oct. 31. Depending on what they find and any other procedures that might be called for, they will contact Vanderbilt and the hip replacement will be rescheduled. We will have to have another pre-op. as it will have been more than 30 days since her original pre-op.

The doctors have cautioned us that this surgery will be a major deal for her as she has so many other health problems.

We have put it all in the hands of the Lord and are trusting Him for the outcome.
