We were Donoussa in mid June 2015 and loved it. Fairly quiet.
Also have a look at Koufonessi which has a couple of beaches for naturists. We were there in late September so Im not sure if that will be the case in July. It is a busier island than Donoussa.
Also have a look at the island of Gavdos south of Crete. Most southerly place in Europe. Ferries from Paleochora and Sfakia.
