 Kodili used to be "very naturist" many years back!
It was so safe, even single women would go there either topless of totally nude. Although it was mostly young couples.
Couples having sex were quite common, too, at the more secluded areas of the beach.
Today, I do not know why, it is very rare to find anyone there, either dressed or nude. (I am referring to the "nude" section only. Not to the main textiles beach)
