I just got the Old Farmer's Almanac for 2003, and in the past they've been fairly accurate, although there's been some years when they've been way off. For the upcoming winter they're reporting that we'll have a wet winter with higher rain fall amounts than normal, and warmer than average temperatures. I hope we get at least normal rainfall this winter because we really need it!
