Subject: Getting motivated...

Hi, everybody!

Thanks for the Weight Watchers information, JeAnne.

Here's my problem... I recently started working second shift because I thought it would help me to have the daytime hours to practice, go to the gym, and generally get things done that I couldn't while working first shift.

Now, I seem to find it difficult to get out of bed as early as I want to in order to get to the gym. I prefer to take classes. I find that I have a much better time and less tendency to give up before I have completed a workout.

I think I might invest in a couple of extra alarm clocks... ha ha ha.

Any suggestions for motivating one's self to get out of bed on time would be greatly appreciated! Any of you first shift people available for a wake-up call? Hee hee :-)
