yikes how painful! i hate those days when i just seem to want everything under the sun...and more. for me, it's often stress-related, but not always obviously. i try (emphasis on try) to focus on eating fruit, yogurt, etc. but those damn cheeseburgers start calling and it's hard to resist. sometimes it's just easier to give in and indulge for a day than to fight - i always lose to cheeseburgers.

so, commiseration only for you today. don't beat on yourself too much - you are afterall, only human. and maybe the weird cravings are stemming from some weird deficiency your body is feeling....honey and peanut butter?...
