Subject: those days you just can't stop eating...

ok so yesterday was one of those days I just kept wanting to eat and eat and eat. Sometimes I was actually hungry, sometimes I just wanted to eat. This isn't the binging kind of thing -- like eating a whole quart of icecream -- more like snacking all day. I even tried to divide my meals up to spread them out, but then I would just think: "well, I didn't eat all that much for dinner so I can go have peanut butter and honey on toast for a late night snack now." Where in the hell did THAT craving come from?

and, no, I'm not pregnant and it's a few days early to be PMS either.

So I should know how to deal with this, after all the time I've spent on weight watchers, but yesterday I just couldn't get my superego to control my id. Any suggestions? Or even just commiseration?
