Power Wanted: Static skin

Static Skin: A power that isn't very powerful but gets a point through at all costs. It is a characteristic of Cloud Dragons to have static skin, or color changing skin. When touched and unaware of who it is, why, or if it is an enemy, the skin automatically emits a jolt of static electicity through the skin and is felt by the one touching it. It doesnt do any damage, but can somewhat daze off into space or drop, release, or not touch the dragon. The dragon can not allow the jolt to pass to another dragon if he/she doesnt want it to be warned. The power gets a little stronger at like every 20 age.

This dracling learned of the small, innocent power when being picked up by her Light father. She got extremely upset at this and LOH was given a shock that dropped her. When Osiris picked her up, she allowed him to withstand her shock and he was completely unaffected. She knows of her little, defenseless power and somewhat likes it.
