She walks over to Kiss of Agony. Hey there. So you want the power of static skin eh. That's a new one. Well you may have that power but it will only shock a dragon a little and it only shocks a dragon when you are suprised and they touch you. The dragon and it does not grow stronger as you grow or by the age of 20. Okay? Also what do you mean "It doesnt do any damage, but can somewhat daze off into space or drop, release, or not touch the dragon."?
