Subject: -chuckles- Sorry about that... it was more of a stream of consciousness than a request. :-}

Thanks for the compliment! :} Well, the general power I'd like for Bob is that when he flies, he can have slight control over the wind. Like if he needs a bit of extra speed, he can make it a bit faster. He does it subtly, so it's barely noticeable and could almost be seen to be a coincidence, but if an enemy is gliding and he flew relatively near to them, he could alter their updraft slightly, or strengthen a breeze already there to buffet 'em a bit.
In a stronger wind he has a little more control, but basically the way the power works is that if he wants to increase the speed of the wind, he flies faster- to alter its direction a bit, he turns. It sort of clings to him, in a way.
As he grows older (by this I mean in chunks of like 50 years), he will gradually establish more control and by the age of 1000 or so he will be able to form and create storms etc. But meanwhile it's very minor, and he does it by moving within the weather pattern.

Do ya get it now? :-}
