Subject: Planning a slow drive trip . Need advise on stop over

I am planing a trip to Redang in Early June.
We will be travelling in 2 cars with 4 adults and 2 Kids.

I planned to drive along the coastal route and stop over for a day. Need some suggestion here as i have never travel beyond SIBU.
Looking for some shopping and a good night stay.

And next day arrive at KT for ferry to Laguna Resort (Since Alex seems to Prefer this resort)

Well i am still browsing around for good Rates. My Stay in redang should be 31st May 2004 - 2nd June 2004
