Subject: Coach to KT

Hi,
Can anyone recommend which coach to take to KT? I want to go for those super VIP (3 in a row) as my parents will be going along to Redang, so Transnational is out.

Most impt is safety and a smooth journey. Any reputable bus company to recommend? Or if there's any bad experience with any bus company please let me know too.
