Catch a cab to Shahbandar jetty in KT. Berjaya ferries leave from there for Redang. Just make sure you check Airasia timing - they usually have not-very-convenient arrival and departure times. If you get into KT too late, you might miss the boat which I think leaves at 10:30am and 3pm for Redang.

Alternatively, you should be able to arrange return airport transfer from Berjaya (KT Airport - Shahbandar - KT Airport) at RM30 adult (RM15 child) - check out their website terms & conditions: http://www.berjayaresorts.com/redang-beach/termsconditions.htm

Do you know how much it would cost to catch a taxi? and how far the shahbandar jetty is to the airport?
