Subject: Wasn't Diving Accident at Pulau Aur?
In reply to: tangotee 's message, "Sure did - tragic - details?" on Tue, Sep 24 2002, 13:03:42

Hi folks, Sorry. Haven't read abt any accident at Redang. I believe a 30-year-old man died while diving on 15 Sept (sat) at Pulau Aur. This was reported in The Straits Times on 17 Sept. Was there another recent diving accident?

It was at Redang. Reported in yesterday's and today's Straits Times. Truly tragic. Our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Ms Heng Siok Hoon.
