Author: Gabe
Subject: (There was a group mumbling at her taking over the ordeal, and three of the marita's began to pace the room, but Rico stayed at Jewel's side with a hand on her shoulder and eyes on his nephew. Kade stood by Gabe just to threaten him a bit with his presense. Gabe cleared his throat and ran a hand over the back of his neck, where bruises were forming from Kade's grip on him. He sighed at Jewel's question and looked down at the table.) I was high, so I had no grasp on consequences. (He said in monotone, then raised his head when Kade cleared his throat.) I was upset about Kelci and the baby. (He said under his breath.)

  • She let out a slow breath, her brow furrowed. "Because of the abortion?" She questioned, her brow furrowed a little as she looked at the boy with a slight compassion in her eyes. It was obvious the boy was a little torn up about it, he obviously was distressed over it all. It was hard to accept that a child of their family had been killed, broke her heart but she still had some compassion for Gabe - though she might have been the only one in the room with that view.
