Which amounts to at least knowing what the hell it is and dealing with it. I thought I was sick. Like I had the damn flu. That's some scary shit. I feel stronger knowing, I took psych classes in college, and they are paying off now. I am not self destructive, I love myself too much for that. I will take people telling me that they are depressed a lot more seriously now, there will be fuck all I can do about it, but I will take it seriously.
