ok, to get away from the name game for a while.....

i don't think just being under 6:10 will get him a medal.

there's going to be nige and moncur who could possibly get under 6:00, you also have to consider derek nakluski (sp?) to be up there after his 6:14 solo. there are alos a bunch of other guys who should be down at that 6:10 range. i think i have a shot at 6:10 to, after a 6:33 solo split in a 3000sc. there was another guy who ran 6:21 by himself, and there's jay chrighton, who ran 6:27 in the rain, and went 6:11 last year.

so just because this guy went 6:28 by himself, while sick, doesn't mean he can medal. i think this is going to be a pretty competitive year for the event. (i'm not saying tons of guys are gonna run super fast, but lots of guys are going to be close to eachother)
