WHY MAKE IT A COMPETITION. THE EXPO DIRECTORS WORKED REAL HARD & THE EFFORT SHOWED IN EVERYTHING THEY DID. SEVERAL systems had photo and/or portfolio contests at their booths, and of course, they awarded their prizes, including crowns, at the booths. So POSSIBLY there is the mix-up and why that particular rumor keeps surfacing. Bottom line, if you hold a pageant at the Expo, you crown onstage.
