 they came back this morning saying it was resolved, it hasn't been, I have sent them back an email demanding it be resolved today or compensation given.

I also have a programmer looking at it and it seems that the passwords have been changed to the database which must of been done by them, we are pushing this as much as we can and hope this will be resolved very quickly.
