in two minds re the frozen embryo case can see both sides, but must be heartbreaking for the woman knowing she cant have children any other way - if the 'fathers' main objection (as his solicitor seemed to say) is that he would be responsible for any child born financially etc well could'nt they reach some sort of legal agreement that he wasnt? Really think this sort of thing can only be reached in agreement between these two and not a court
