• She couldn't help but return his grin, her hand moving to rest on top of his over her gently swollen stomach, turning her face into his affectionate touches and kisses, closing her eyes for a breif moment and letting out a content sigh. "Mm... about a million times... was that your idea or my mothers? To say shes an actress she's not very convincing... she needed to borrow milk about six times." She grinned gently, shifting a little in the couch to make room for him, pushing Hugo down with her legs, the english sheep dog snorting a little in hurt and rejection before he padded off to curl up with Desi- though he wasn;t the small little pup he used to be. • He watched Hugo go, amused by his antics - the dog was almost as big of a baby as he himself could be at times -- her telling him about Mali brought a grin to his lips as well - he loved having them closeby, it made Aly happy and that was big on his list of priorities - and he had been building a good friendship with Danny, though he was a few years younger than himself, it was nice to have a guy nearby when you were being overwhelmed by girliness. • She laughed softly and gazed up at him, rolling her eyes playfully "I guess so... since it wasn't ALL your idea." she leaned up to kiss him, settling back into the couch with a smile "I enjoyed her excuses to come over anyway... so its okay. • "I don't think my father wants to admit it but I think he is quite excited as well - He keeps talking about polished oak furniture and the like.." The grandparents were adamant about building the nursery - though Charlie didn't want to accept too much help from them, he knew that it would mean a lot if they were able to help him out in that way so he had conceded to let them do it if they insisted, which they certainly did. • Her own parents were no where near as rich as his- but they were comfortable- and they insisted on helping out too- and had offered to buy the babies cradle and stroller. Aly and Charlie were by no means struggling- but Aly wasn't working - and no couldn't- so they were just living off Charlies income, so the help was definately appreciated. "we're lucky to have parents so interested in us and our baby... " She grinned a little, cocking her pretty face to him, her fingers linking into his. Things were looking so much brighter now... now she was back home, out of the hospital, and actually excited about polished oak and baby grows and nursary wall paper. He smiled, still watching her - he remembered when they had first been getting to know one another, he took a great deal of pleasure in just looking at her - she was a beautiful girl then, and she was a beautiful woman now - inside and out and he felt humbled to have the privilege of spending time in her company and calling her his. He smirked, he had no doubt in his mind that their children would be spoiled.. his parents would be sure of it. He didn't think he was overly spoiled but he had not wanted for much in his lifetime - he chose to live simplistically once he was out on his own so it evened out well. "We'll be their worst nightmares, won't we?" He laughed a bit, drawing her up into a sitting position so he could get a more secure seat on the couch and drawing her into his lap, he just wanted to hold her all the time these days.
