When Charlie had taken the baby she sat herself up and streched as she stood, yawning a little before padding softly to the kitchen to get dinner out of the oven. She tossed together a bit of salad and dished up two good sized portions of lasagne, giving him the larger one as she sat down, pulling her legs up to sit indian-style on the seat, waiting for him to come back from the babies room. -- Kaeten's Apartment

He savored the feeling of her in his arms as he accepted her and carried her gently into the lavish nursery his parents had assembled. He paused by her bed, pressing a kiss to the little girl's forehead before he laid her ever so carefully in the bassinette, and then stood for a moment, quietly watching the slight fluttering of her eyelids and sucking motions of her mouth before he finally made his way into the kitchen.
