You should make every effort to respond to questions as early in the week as possible so the other HDs and I can respond to you. At least one discussion response should be posted by Wednesday or Thursday so there will be enough time for others to respond. Remember that much of the learning experience comes from the interplay of discussion in the VOY. Responses to VOY Discussion Questions: 1. Respond to each discussion question each week. 2. The responses are substantive and relate the key principles. 3. When possible, use personal/professional examples to demonstrate the application of principles. 4. The responses are submitted in a timely fashion in order to give others a chance to respond. Responses to Others: 1. Provide responses to at least one other hall director for each discussion question. 2. Your responses should be characterized by two or more of the following criteria: - thought provoking - supportive - challenging - reflective 3.
