~The whole fight moved by in a blur for those watching... but it was all in slow motion for the two actually performing. It was like a dance... a practiced dance, a dance where the dancers couldn't afford to slip up or else one of them would end up losing a limb... or worse... but no, both dancers were very skilled. There wouldn't be any slip-ups. Roluef couldn't help but marvel at the skill his fiance showed, at her determination, at her strength. But... he couldn't let his mind wander... here came the strike... he felt the blood bubble warm once more upon his wrist and without even having to think, he moved his dagger about for the slash, wiping the blood on his neck....~
*~*Mmm... they're good. His arms crossed over his chest, his eyes half-lidded, the young man watched the two fighting with a smug look upon his handsome face. Very good... Those around him were practically jumping up and down as they watched the two dance about each other, blades slashing and always missing... it was just too much! The suspense was killing everyone! ... Except for Mark, for he knew the outcome. Ol' Stan was biting his nails now, or what nails he had left... but good ol' Lefty was smirking just as smugly as Mark was and sending the latter glances every-now-and-then, for even if Lefty didn't know the whole plan... Lefty did know that Mark was planning on becoming the next 'king'... no matter what. Though, at the choking noise from Roluef, both of the young thieves snapped their heads around, eyes wide, but the surprise for Mark didn't last for long... Took him long enough.*~*
~Roluef had thought that the choking noise would be a nice little touch. A little flair... letting his fingers loosen, his knives slipping slowly from them, he took a few staggering steps back, the blood apparent upon his neck and wrist. Eyes slipping backwards into his head, he took one more step backwards before letting his body fall limp. Time seemed to slow as he fell. He could hear the surprised exclaimations of his fellow thieves... but then it hit him. He was a thief no longer... but a dead man. BOOM.~
