She went and assured her mama that everything was fine still and she was going to relax for the rest of the night, that Jake was taking good care of her and she would make sure to eat something that evening even though she had eaten pretty well at her parents house. She was kinda feeling bad that she hadn't gone to his 'rents with him and was determined to call Mika in the morning but when he had went she had been sleeping and no one wanted to wake her up when she was getting some good solid rest. Though he didn't want to be away from her for too long - he never did - he wanted to make sure that Max was happy and content and got out to stretch his legs. He had been for a good run that morning, but the pup was young and active - though had been very well behaved thus far and they hadn't been having any trouble with him. After a quick but long enough walk, he was back at her place and letting himself inside once again. Once Max was all unclipped and dried off, he padded off to lie on the tile in the kitchen where it was cooler, and Jake headed in the opposite direction - back towards the bathroom where she was likely still soaking.
