It appears that 8way leather seats are still available for both GMC and Chevy(I did a search on gmbuypower.com and found leather in both). Funny thing is that the 2002 sticker says only 6way, but I do have power lumbar(8way?) on my 2002.

The Base MSRP did drop some but to get it back to what it was, cost more. :(

It's too bad cause the price and standard options really makes the s10 a great value over the competition. Now that you have to pay for floor mats, fog lights, and vanity mirrors(dumb), that's a shame. I would have rather they deleted the somewhat use-less overhead console and give us a sunroof option like on the blazer.

I would trade in my 2002 for a 200x S10 crew if it had these options:
1. Moonroof/sunroof. Should be easy since the Blazer has this already. They even have a smaller overhead console to go with it.

2. Auto-Trac/AWD. Same thing, a blazer option.

3. ZR2 suspension option. Do I have to explain. ;)

4. "Longer" bed option. A regular size bed to carry my dirt bike easier.

I'm very interested in the Colorado since it will be bigger. I'm just wondering what options will be available. The Isuzu version of it has a Turbo-Diesel Option 3.0 v6 that pumps out lots of power overseas and gets great MPG. The Crew cab version is really nice looking too. we will see.

Cheers,
Con
