Subject: Ted Greene (attn: E.S. Anderson)

I've got the Ted Greene "solo Guitar" record and burned it to cd. Email me if you need a copy.

Does anybody know if Ted has ever put out another album of his own? (I know he's appeared on other peoples records)

Does anyone know how to get in touch with Ted Greene? Last I heard he's out near L.A. and sits in regularly at some famous club for jazz singers.

He is an AMAZING player. Beautiful chords & lines, knows the neck unlike any other I've heard, and damn, no finger noise at all - whether its chord changing, position shifts, heck, even sliding in and out of notes, he's SO clean. I don't know what's more impressive - what you hear, or what you don't hear (LOL). Anybody who hasn't heard him should check him out. AND, anyone looking to be a better guitarist(?) should get a copy of his book "Modern Chord Progressions" and study it. It's great. Thanks to Shawn mentioning Ted in his different credits I looked into him and of course, Shawn was right, let all hope for another album from him (even Shawn refers to him as 'the master' inside of Tritone credits). That's the actual reference that made me hunt down the guys stuff....good luck!
