When you and Jim say a magicians deception,are you refering to learning a sort of slight of hand? To fool the enemy mind into seeing what is not there? Or..am i missing the boat?If get this correct I would be fooling ones enemy to belive even for a instant somthing that is not there while I do what needs to be done while the enemy is tricked into beliving somthing else, sort of a false projection?If this is so I would have to guess this is somthing that would take intensive study right? I realize all fighting is about timing, How would one truly grasp this concept of trickery in the way that you explain? If I am correct also timing is somthing that comes with training and practice key word practice.I understand the feather concept was really about just confusing ones enemy,but with knife or in my case would you want a enemy to be focused on one blade while the other delivers?Most of the time people tend to focus right on the weapon not paying any mind to anything else.Is this part of a deception that could work with a second blade, being it is not presented at the time of the introduction of the first blade? I am also assuming that learning how the mind works in the way we are descibing here would aslo mean getting training partners to work these deceptions on?
